We’ve already done that! In response to the needs of organizations like yours, we have developed an organization “Starter Kit” that gives you all the tools you need to get off the ground. The kit includes a website that you can customize based on your services and needs, and comes complete with hosting and maintenance services as well as secure on-line donation capability. The site is linked to an on-line newsletter so you have the ability to communicate with your constituents, donors and potential donors. The package also includes a prospect and donation management database that gives you all the tools you need to start raising money. An optional event module provides you with all the help you need in planning any type of event. Each component is linked to give you the ultimate starter package!

 

Can I hire MB Associates to do a combined fundraising and public relations plan for my organization?

Definately! Fundraising and public relations go hand in hand. The most effective plan will include both fundraising and marketing strategies and MB Associates can show you how to get the most mileage out of both!

 

I don’t think I need a comprehensive fundraising plan, but I would like help reviewing my annual membership plan. Would you help me with a small project like that?

Yes. We provide assistance for both small and large projects. We will work with you to identify the service or services that will be the most beneficial to your organization.

 

What is the fee structure?

Some clients retain us on a monthly basis to implement and direct comprehensive services. Monthly fees are based on the size of the project, and the time required by MB Associates team members. We also offer project-based fees which vary depending on the service requested. Feel free to contact us for a consultation and assessment of your needs at no charge.

 

Would you do a half-day training at our next board retreat?
Yes. We offer training packages for non-profits on fundraising techniques, public relations, and event planning. We provide customized training seminars for your board, staff and/or volunteers. We offer everything from complete retreat planning, to hour-long seminars.
